原理
这个方法不是毫无根据的。花一整天的时间消耗营养特别是丰富的蔬菜可以让你的胃越来越小,这样,当你需要吃正餐的时候,就没法暴饮暴食了。注意这个原则就行,不要太死板,对自己太苛刻。

The Lunch Box Diet is a small downloadable document (10 pages) from UK personal trainer Simon Lovell. Although Simon describes the diet as "no fad" its recent appearance in Elle Magazine may well change that.
So what is the "lunch box diet"?
It's a simple concept:
Get yourself a large plastic lunchbox
Fill it with a highly nutritious mix of vegetables, proteins, and fats.
Slowly graze on the lunch box contents all through the day (i.e. in between breakfast and dinner). The idea here is to snack on some food every hour or so (never gorge).
Elle calls it a "tried & tested party diet".The mix in the lunchbox should be something like 60% vegetables, 30% lean proteins, and 10% dressing.
Favorite vegetables include Broccoli, Spinach, Avocado, Chilli pepper, Sugarsnap peas, and asparagus. Proteins may include things like Tuna, Grilled Chicken or Turkey Breast. Dressings will be something like olive oil, chutney, seeds or nuts. Note that the small ebook provides a much larger list. There is no mention of precise amounts or quantities.
Starchy carbs (such as brown pasta, brown rice) are only recommended if you engage in an active job or lifestyle.
The Principle
The concepts behind the diet make sense. Spend the day consuming nutrient-dense vegetables. Train your stomach to become smaller - thus when it is time to eat dinner you probably won't be able to binge. Don't get too rigid or restrictive.
Breakfast and dinner should be kept "normal" although some good diet recommendations are made.
